Appointment policies

Deposit

A TT$100 deposit is required to secure your appointment. Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit is received. Deposits are non-refundable and are applied toward your service.

Cancellations & rescheduling

Please give at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or missed appointments may lose the deposit and/or need a new deposit to book.

Late arrivals

A 15-minute grace period is allowed. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean a shortened or cancelled appointment, depending on the circumstances, and the deposit may be forfeited.

No-shows

No-shows automatically forfeit their deposit. A new deposit is required for future bookings.

Refills

Refills are recommended only when you have enough extensions remaining. With excessive lash loss, or extensions from another lash technician, a removal and new full set may be required.

Lash preparation

Arrive with clean lashes and no eye makeup, oils, creams or mascara around the eye area.

Guests

Please come alone unless discussed beforehand. Space in the service area is limited.

Health & safety

Tell your lash technician about any known allergies, sensitivities or eye-related concerns before your appointment.

Payment

The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment, after your service is completed.
